MyNelZone Warranty

MyNelZone’s warranty on the NelZone desk covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the NelZone desk for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Should you have a defective or broken NelZone part, MyNelZone at their option, will replace or repair the defective or broken part for 1 year from the date of purchase. Replaced or repaired parts fall within the 1 year warranty from the original purchase date, but do not extend the warranty from the original purchase date.

This warranty does not cover as a defect the natural variation in oak wood grain or oak variation in coloration. This warranty does not cover any naturally occurring gap in the oak laminate or a natural wood anomaly, such as a wood knot in the solid oak or oak laminate wood layers.

This warranty does not cover misuse or negligent use of the Nelzone desk. It does not cover unauthorized modifications of the product, damage caused by natural disasters, or damage due to theft or loss of product.

US Consumer Protection

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
