Customer Satisfaction Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your NelZone desk you may return it within 30 days of delivery. I ask that you contact me at 603-746-2577 or email me at Nelson@MyNelZone.com to discuss the nature of your concerns and to give me an opportunity to address any shortcomings of your NelZone purchase. After calling and discussing and/or emailing me back and forth, if you still would like to return your NelZone you may return it for a prompt full refund for the purchase of the NelZone once the NelZone is received in NH. You will not be reimbursed for original shipping charges. If you think you may return the NelZone you must retain the original boxes and packing material so that the NelZone is not damaged in return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges and need to insure the NelZone against shipping damages. A NelZone return is to be sent to: MyNelZone, 41 Burrage Rd., Contoocook, NH 03229.

The Nelzone desks have a 1 year warranty.

Please beware that there are differences in wood coloration, wood grain and wood growth patterns. I match these wood attributes as best as possible. The NelZone is a wood product and may have wood anomalies.
